FIRST ANNIVERSARY!

Our Blog, fulfills this November 8 its FIRST ANNIVERSARY of life. A management summary would be:

1. We recorded 7,905 visits , ie, 659 visits per month (The counter displayed on the blog was installed only in week 11 of being "on air").

2. We have reached 45 countries on five continents (Colombia, Venezuela, Argentina, USA and Spain the top 5 in your order.

3. We have received countless voices breath and feedback.

4. We have experienced firsthand the the emerging new paradigm of corporate humility expressed by those organizations seriously interested in learning and achieving performance accountability in genuine dialogue with its stakeholders, as we came up with the company SABMiller Bavaria, who published a critical post on its "Stars of the Ball", following which struck up a productive dialogue win-win. Those are the organizations of the future, no doubt. Thank you, Dr. Andrés Mauricio Peñate, Sustainable Development Manager, for honesty, civic courage and constructive spirit.


5. And we have continued to find allergic reactions to some comments, as there is still a lot of corporate arrogance, no doubt.

6. In short: it was a rich communications experience, opinion and virtual learning.

SEVEN DEADLY SINS ON SOCIAL

Our organizations are talking about social responsibility too, but running two serious dangers:
1. Speaking much , and implementing low.
2. Or, worse, falling into a activism without strategic focus and with serious deviations.

Therefore, I invite people to think about what could be the list of DEADLY SINS management in this field. From my point of view, these sins are decidedly Colombian reality majority and are as follows:

SIN 1: Taking a RS fashion advertising.
SIN 2: Consider that it is a matter to delegate a Foundation. SIN
3 : Continue living back to stakeholders. SIN
4 : Assume that the ingenuity of stakeholders is an unlimited resource. SIN
5 : Think it's a matter of to appoint a person to take over. SIN
6 : sit back and wait for you laws in this regard.
SIN 7: Continue installed in the short-termism, considering that nothing substantial has changed in society and in the market.
