SEVEN DEADLY SINS ON SOCIAL
Our organizations are talking about social responsibility too, but running two serious dangers:
1. Speaking much , and implementing low.
2. Or, worse, falling into a activism without strategic focus and with serious deviations.
Therefore, I invite people to think about what could be the list of DEADLY SINS management in this field. From my point of view, these sins are decidedly Colombian reality majority and are as follows:
SIN 1: Taking a RS fashion advertising.
SIN 2: Consider that it is a matter to delegate a Foundation. SIN
3 : Continue living back to stakeholders. SIN
4 : Assume that the ingenuity of stakeholders is an unlimited resource. SIN
5 : Think it's a matter of to appoint a person to take over. SIN
6 : sit back and wait for you laws in this regard.
SIN 7: Continue installed in the short-termism, considering that nothing substantial has changed in society and in the market.
